School Fees
When you submit your application, there is a non-refundable Application Fee of £249.00 GBP per child payable.
When you have been offered a place at Thomas Keith Independent School, you will then be required to pay the Academic Deposit and a non-refundable Digital Curriculum Fee as follows:
Academic Deposit: £500.00
Digital Curriculum Fee: £99.00
The Academic Deposit for Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students will be returned at the end of the school year when any outstanding fees and other charges have been paid.
The Academic Deposit for Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students will be returned once any outstanding fees and other charges have been paid, and the student has fed back their exam results to the Head Teacher.
The school fees are due prior to the first day of the term and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. If a place is cancelled by the parent after acceptance, but before the student starts school, the Academic Deposit is non-refundable.
The Digital Curriculum Fee is due in full and is non-refundable, whether the student is on an Annual Contract or a Pay-As-You-Go Contract, regardless of when the student starts school.

Exam Fees
As we are an online school, all students sitting International GCSE and A Level exams will be required to sit them at a recognised exam centre. There are exam centres all over the world. We can help you find a local centre closest to you.
Once you have decided where you wish to sit your exams, it will be up to you to register with that exam centre and pay the fees directly to that centre. We are unable to provide fees for each centre as each centre sets its pricing.
