When you submit your application, there is a non-refundable Application Fee of £57.50 GBP per child payable. When you have been offered a place at Thomas Keith Independent School, you will then be required to pay the Academic Deposit and a non-refundable Digital Curriculum Fee as follows:
Academic Deposit: £500.00 GBP
Digital Curriculum Fee: £59.50 GBP (non-refundable)
The Academic Deposit for Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students will be returned at the end of the school year when any outstanding fees and other charges have been paid.
The Academic Deposit for Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students will be returned once any outstanding fees and other charges have been paid, and the student has fed back their exam results to the Head Teacher.
The School Fees are due prior to the first day of the term and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. If a place is cancelled by the parent after acceptance, but before the student starts school, the Academic Deposit is non-refundable. The Digital Curriculum Fee is due in full and is non-refundable whether the student is on an Annual Contract or a Pay-As-You-Go Contract regardless of when the student starts school.

Our Annual Contract is binding for one school year (September to July) and gives you the option to spread the cost over 3 Terms, or 10 Monthly Payments (September to June). An Academic Deposit is required.

Pay-As-You-Go Contract
Our Pay-As-You-Go Contract is a great option for families who are not able to commit to our Annual Contract. With the Pay-As-You-Go contract, you pay per Half-Term and can cancel at any time within that Half-Term.

We offer a 5% discount on the lowest fee for siblings who are currently studying at the school.
As we are an online school, all students sitting International GCSE and A Level exams will be required to sit them at a recognised exam centre. There are exam centres all over the world. We can help you find a local centre closest to you.
Once you have decided where you wish to sit your exams it will be up to you to register with that exam centre and pay the fees directly to that centre. We are unable to provide fees for each centre as each centre sets its pricing.
Withdrawal from Thomas Keith Independent School
A Withdrawal Notice must be given by email to support@thomaskeith.school. Notification to withdraw by telephone or any other means is not valid and we only accept an email from the registered parent or guardian. A Withdrawal Notice can only be retracted once, and there will be a charge equal to the Application Fee to reactivate the account. We will charge you a new Application Fee and Academic Deposit should the student wish to remain at the school after the second retraction. A Withdrawal Notice must be provided on or before the last day of the Half-Term if on a Pay-As-You-Go Contract, or on or before the last day of the school year if on an Annual Contract.
Withdrawal for Students on an Annual Contract
Your Annual Contract can be terminated with effect from the end of the last day of the school year. A Withdrawal Notice can be given at any time up to this point via the registered email from the parent or guardian to support@thomaskeith.school. Notification to withdraw by telephone or any other means is not valid and we only accept an email from the registered parent or guardian. If the Withdrawal Notice results in a student leaving the school at any point prior to the end of a school year, the full outstanding fees for that school year will be due. A Withdrawal Notice for the student to leave at the end of a school year must be received no later than the last day of timetabled classes for the school in that school year. This is necessary to allow the school to plan its staffing and other resources.
To avoid ambiguity, if a Withdrawal Notice is not received by the last day of timetabled classes for the school in the school year then the student will be deemed to be continuing for the following school year and the fees and notice clause (and all other Terms and Conditions) for the relevant school year will apply.
Withdrawal for Students on a Pay-As-You-Go Contract
